Neither you nor your students can fire on all cylinders when there is stress or disorder. For some students, your classroom is the one time in the day they will feel emotionally safe. This interactive workshop shows how the use of Positive Behavioral Intervention & Supports (PBIS) to build trust, motivate, and incorporate routines that bring order and efficiency. The resulting development of non-cognitive traits (dispositions) facilitates the development of essential skills and knowledge.
