Through escape rooms, students are motivated to become experts by implementing critical thinking as a team in order to solve complex and intriguing issues. This session provides an example of how to use an escape room in the classroom (dual or mainstream, elementary or secondary), gives some ideas for use outside the classroom (teambuilding among faculty), compares the results with that of a traditional test, and explores the ways that you can make escape rooms for your students with limited time.
